Quick Reaction Time : As a residents of Amsterdam, we can offer a quick reaction time (usually 30-35 minutes).
Any Kind of Work : Our engineers can perform any kind of troubleshooting, not only power on/power off or reboot.
Out of Band Access : We can also provide out-of-band access to your equipment using Team Viewer or VNC.
Cisco or Juniper : We can troubleshoot both Cisco and Juniper switches or routers. All our engineers are certified.
Any of these Datacenters : Interxion AM9, NIKHEF housing, Digital Realty AMS1, Equinix AM3/AM4

The prices indicated below are PER HOUR during usual business hours (9AM - 5PM CEST). For the requests outside of business hours, the coefficient of 2x will be applied. The minimum call is 1 hour , and the billing increments are 30 minutes. We do not work out of Amsterdam.
